Delivery range and time efficiency

Within Australia: Orders will be shipped within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. The standard delivery time is about 4 working days, depending on the delivery area (remote areas may be slightly delayed).

International delivery: We support delivery to many countries, using international logistics services such as DHL or FedEx, and the estimated delivery time is within 14 working days, excluding customs clearance time.

Delivery costs
The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight, size and delivery address of the goods. Some orders may enjoy free shipping for a minimum amount, please see the instructions on the checkout page for details.

Order tracking
After all orders are shipped, we will provide the logistics tracking number via email, and you can check the package status in real time on the logistics company’s official website.

Import, Export and Tariff Policy

All orders shipped to countries/regions outside Australia may be subject to import taxes or tariffs in accordance with local laws, and such costs shall be borne by the recipient.

We strictly abide by Australia’s import and export management regulations, and some restricted items may not be shipped to certain countries or regions. Please confirm the customs regulations of your location before placing an order.

Delivery Abnormalities and Responsibilities
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, no one to sign for the package, etc., the customer shall bear the costs incurred by re-delivery. If the package is lost or severely damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after receiving the package, and we will assist you in making a claim or reissuing it.
